Lancesoft Inc is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join a skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Grand Junction, CO. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver patient-centered care in a collaborative environment while making a meaningful difference every day.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients’ functional abilities and limitations

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote mobility, self-care, and independence

• Provide therapeutic interventions including ADL training, fine motor skills, and cognitive rehab

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams for holistic patient care

• Educate patients and families on adaptive equipment and strategies for success at home

• Maintain accurate documentation and adjust care plans as needed

Required Skills/Licenses/Certifications:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited institution

• Active Colorado OT License (Required)

• BLS Certification (Required)

• Minimum 1–2 years of OT experience.

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in outpatient or orthopedic rehab

• Familiarity with adaptive equipment and assistive technology

• Knowledge of neurological rehabilitation programs
