Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide services to students across three schools near Carmel, IN. This full-time, school-year position allows you to support students functional, motor, and sensory needs, helping them succeed academically and socially.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments and evaluations.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans (IEPs).

• Provide direct and consultative therapy services for students with diverse needs.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.

• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation per school and state guidelines.

• Attend IEP and team meetings as required.

Qualifications:

• Active Indiana OT license required.

• Experience in school-based therapy preferred.

• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage caseload across multiple schools efficiently.
