Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Pittsfield, MA

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. This role provides a rewarding opportunity to support K12 students in developing essential communication and language skills while collaborating with teachers, families, and school staff to promote academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students speech, language, and communication needs

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals

• Provide direct and consultative therapy services in both individual and group settings

• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines

• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Active Massachusetts SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs encouraged to apply

• Previous school-based experience preferred but not required

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
