A school district in San Mateo, CA is seeking five licensed Speech Language Pathologists for the 2025-2026 school year. This is an onsite contract opportunity serving a diverse K-12 student population. The position offers 35-40 hours per week and direct caseload management in the school setting.

Key Qualifications:

• Current California Speech Language Pathologist License (Clinical Fellowship accepted)
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with K-12 students in a school environment
• Strong assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student IEPs
• Provide direct speech and language services to students across grades K-12
• Maintain accurate documentation and caseload data in compliance with district and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
• Communicate progress and recommendations with parents, teachers, and administration
