Pediatric School Speech Pathology Cambridge, Massachusetts

A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to provide essential onsite therapy services for an elementary school located in Cambridge, MA. This contract position runs for the current school year (CSY) with an expected workweek of 35 to 40 hours.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students from elementary through middle school levels.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 45 to 50 students, addressing diverse communication needs.
• Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Document student progress and maintain required records in compliance with state and school policies.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist License.
• Experience working as an SLP in pediatric and school settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for working with students, families, and school staff.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and provide tailored interventions.
