A dynamic opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide essential services in an elementary school setting in Whiteland, IN. This full-time or part-time contract position spans from late November through mid-February and offers the chance to work on-site with a dedicated K-5 student population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to students in grades K-5, managing a caseload of approximately 70 children.
- Collaborate with educational staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain thorough documentation and communicate progress with parents and school personnel.
- Participate actively in team meetings and support school initiatives related to speech and language development.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Indiana SLP State License and Indiana Teachers Certification.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.
- Experience in pediatrics and school-based speech therapy preferred.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
