Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Onsite Opportunity

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Position Overview We are hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve students across multiple San Francisco Bay Area locations (potential for Richmond, Oakland, East Palo Alto). This is a full-time, full school year position working with a K-12 caseload of students with mild to severe disabilities . Services are on-site only . Key Responsibilities Administer academic assessments, write academic assessment reports, and present at IEP meetings Consult and communicate with faculty and parents via meetings, phone, and email regarding student needs and progress Maintain knowledge of current regulations pertaining to special education Collaborate with faculty to ensure student modifications and accommodations are appropriately implemented Assist with the development of the master schedule to plan for all student IEP needs Meet minimum IDEA requirements related to case management Input weekly IEP service tracking and meet all IEP timelines Maintain high rigor for students with disabilities to ensure equitable access to common core standards Develop progress monitoring tools for student goals and share them with the IEP team Regularly collaborate with team members and related service providers for reviewing data, co-planning, and co-teaching Oversee paraprofessional support, including scheduling and IEP implementation Maintain accurate notifications, records, files, and reports per federal, state, and SELPA regulations Implement health and mobility supports (i.e., toileting, g-tube feeding, medication administration under supervision of school nurse) Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active California SLP License and ASHA CCC required Previous California school-based experience preferred Ability to manage multiple sites and caseloads Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills Compensation for this position ranges from $50 to $60 per hour.
