You will manage a caseload of approximately 28 students, delivering comprehensive speech and language services. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough speech and language assessments and design individualized therapy plans Deliver direct, evidence-based speech and language interventions tailored to student needs Collaborate with teachers and school staff to implement accommodations and modifications Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy as needed Participate fully in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting Provide resources and support to parents and caregivers Qualifications: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one Experience working with school-aged children preferred Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach Familiarity with IEP processes and relevant educational laws and regulations Location: Webster, New York - elementary school setting This position offers guaranteed work hours with a schedule aligned to the school calendar, allowing for predictable time off in line with vacations and holidays.
