• Create Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess patients individual needs and design targeted therapy strategies to help them fulfill their functional goals.

• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work side by side with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide thorough, integrated care.
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Teach patients and their caregivers about therapy methods to help ensure continued progress at home.
• Monitor and Record Progress: Keep track of clinical developments and make treatment adjustments as needed, ensuring that patients remain on course toward their goals.

• A degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Continued education and post-graduation certifications are encouraged and supported.

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
