Description
  • Assess patients in either inpatient or outpatient settings and create personalized treatment plans
  • Deliver physical therapy interventions focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and functionality

  • Guide patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, discharge preparations, and home exercise routines

Education
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution
Certifications
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
