Educational Requirements

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if awaiting ASHA certification.

Licensures and Certifications

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
  • Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) authorized by ASHA.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory within the first month of employment.
