Description

  • Engage in care team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure coordinated care pathways
Education
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited program
Certifications
  • State licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • CPR certification is preferred
  • Specialized certifications (i.e., neurology, geriatrics) are advantageous but not obligatory
Skills
  • Prior experience in a clinical setting is strongly preferred
