Position Details: Location: Stafford, VA Setting: K-12 Elementary School (Grades K-5) Job Type: Contract, CSY (Contract School Year) Duration: September 8, 2025 - May 29, 2026 Hours: Part-time, approximately 15-25 hours per week Caseload: Approximately 15-20 students Qualifications and Skills: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Experience or interest in healthcare, pediatrics, school-based therapy, and teletherapy Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred or completed Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations and screenings for eligible students Provide individual and group therapy sessions tailored to student needs Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress and goals Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state regulations Utilize teletherapy as appropriate to supplement in-person services This role offers flexibility in hours during the school year, providing professional growth in a supportive educational environment.
