This part-time role, spanning the current school year, involves delivering targeted therapeutic interventions to students aimed at enhancing their functional abilities and school participation. Responsibilities include: Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess students' occupational therapy needs Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Monitoring and documenting student outcomes and adjusting interventions as necessary Facilitating skill development related to fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living activities Qualifications or desired experience: Valid Occupational Therapist license Experience working in school-based settings preferred Knowledge of pediatric developmental milestones and intervention strategies Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to manage caseload efficiently within limited weekly hours Location: Pompano Beach, FL This position is for 4.5 hours per week, providing flexibility while allowing you to make a meaningful impact on student success.
