This role focuses on providing speech-language pathology services to children aged 3 to 5 years old. The assignment runs from September 1st through the end of February, approximately the current school year. Responsibilities include: Delivering speech-language therapy to preschool-aged children. Collaborating with educational staff to develop and implement individualized goals. Supporting nonverbal students to improve communication skills. Utilizing teletherapy methods as needed. Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports. Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred. Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology within educational or healthcare settings. Familiarity with early childhood development and preschool environments is advantageous. Previous experience with preschool-aged children is preferred but not mandatory. Skills in working with nonverbal students will be considered a plus. Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) acceptable for consideration. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:50 PM. Approximately 6 hours and 50 minutes per day.
