School Speech and Language Pathologist

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-semester position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with valid CCC and School SLP certification to support a K-12 school located in Wills Point, Texas, approximately one hour east of downtown Dallas. This contract runs from August 14, 2025, through May 29, 2026, offering a hybrid work structurewith a balance of onsite and remote responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-person evaluations and provide speech and language therapy to students on site. Complete detailed evaluation reports and attend ARD/IEP meetings virtually. Potentially supervise one Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), depending on caseload needs. Flexibility to increase work hours during the contract term if desired. Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Valid School SLP certification. Experience working effectively with K-12 students. Ability to manage both in-person therapy sessions and virtual responsibilities. Strong organizational and communication skills, especially for collaboration with educational teams. Work Schedule and Structure: Weekly hours range from 8 to 24; schedule details to be finalized during the interview. Hybrid work model allowing part-time remote work and required onsite service delivery.
