Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with pediatric experience is needed to support an elementary caseload within a K-12 school setting in West Chester, PA. This full-time, contract position covers a maternity leave from January 12 to May 1, working Monday through Friday from 8:20 AM to 4:00 PM. The role involves providing speech-language therapy services to approximately 50-55 students. Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments for elementary-aged students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress. Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records according to school policies. Participate in related meetings such as IEP planning and reviews. Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the relevant state. Experience in pediatric speech therapy within healthcare or school settings. Completion or active engagement in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage a caseload of 50-55 students effectively. Location: West Chester, PA
