Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A specialized opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive services in a K-12 educational setting. This contract position, based in Fremont, CA, offers the chance to work throughout the school year, delivering impactful speech and language therapy to pediatric students. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations assessing speech and language disorders in children Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient needs Facilitate targeted therapy sessions aimed at achieving specific communication goals Monitor, document, and report patient progress with accuracy and detail Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care approaches Engage families by educating them on therapy strategies to support student development Qualifications and Experience: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in California Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations highly desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills critical for collaboration and family engagement Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic school environment This role requires a valid license approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology and possession or attainment of a Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
