*Unit Overview:*
Join a dynamic Respiratory Therapy unit with a bed capacity of 147. Our daily hospital census averages between 80-100, ensuring a manageable patient load and an opportunity to provide quality care.

*Patient Ratios & Staffing:*
Our staffing includes unit secretaries and respiratory technicians, allowing for efficient workflow and support for our therapists.

*Equipment Used:*
- 840 Ventilator
- 980 Ventilator
- V60 Ventilator
- Vapotherm
- Epoc

*Documentation System:*
Meditech

*Scheduling Requirements:*
- Shifts are from 7 PM to 7 AM
- Every other weekend commitment

*Floating Policy:*
On occasion, staff may be required to float to other units based on patient care needs.

*Patient Experience Standards:*
Our respiratory therapists strive to create a comforting and supportive environment for all patients, fostering a positive hospital experience.

*Certifications Required:*
- State License
- NBRC Credential
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

*Dress Code:*
Galaxy Blue scrubs are required for all respiratory staff.
