Description

- Provide education to patients and families, equipping them with strategies to support progress outside the therapy setting.
- Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring continuity and consistency of care for all clients.
- Maintain meticulous and timely documentation as per state, federal, and organizational standards.
- Engage in ongoing professional development through continuing education and collaboration with peers.
Education
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification has not yet been achieved.
Certifications
- State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
- Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
