Within this role, you will assess patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments, crafting personalized treatment plans that resonate with each individual's unique journey. From mobility training to balance enhancement and strength building, you will implement evidence-based interventions that foster recovery.

Collaboration is key in this position; you will liaise with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, physicians, and case managers to ensure holistic care and optimal outcomes. Formal qualifications include a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a related degree from a recognized program.
