Job Summary: To provide therapeutic massage therapy services to patients and/or clients per approved orders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Completes assigned massage therapy appointments and documentation according to department policies and standards of certified massage therapy.
• Assists the department manager in program development, improvement, techniques, and member education.
• Instructs and presents educational information approved by the department.
• Performs Other Responsibilities as Assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: Physical Requirements
  • Climbing 0-25%
  • Grasping, Pinching, Holding 0-25%
  • Lifting or Carrying 0-25%
  • Pushing or Pulling 0-25%
  • Reaching Overhead 0-25%
  • Sitting 0-25%
  • Squatting, Bending, Kneeling 26-75%
  • Standing 76-100%
  • Walking or Moving 76-100%
  • Weights Lifted 10-35 lbs.
