Neuro Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant- Full-Time
Location: Allaire Rehab and Nursing
Salary Range $30-45/hr

We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team. Whether you're an experienced therapist or a recent graduate, you'll find mentorship, collaboration, and a purpose-driven environment where your skills truly matter.
What You'll Do:
Work under the supervision of occupational therapists
Assist patients in performance of community reintegration, self-care, fine and gross motor skills, social skills, ADL's, IADL's, and leisure skills under the direct supervision of the occupational therapists
Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care
Support and educate residents, families, and caregivers on progress towards goals
What We're Looking For:
Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant License in the state of NJ
Current CPR certification
Passion for working with a neurologically impaired young adult population
Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply - mentorship available
