This temporary role holds a wide range of responsibilities and can do a variety of tasks each day, including:

  • diagnosing and treating a variety of speech, language, cognitive-communication, feeding, and swallowing disorders
  • objectively evaluating swallowing with MBSS or FEES and recommending appropriate diet modifications, compensatory strategies, and/or rehabilitation plans
  • training family members or caregivers, as well as other professionals
  • collaborating with other members of the care team

To become a member of our caring and effective team you must have:

  • Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited program
  • CPR-BLS certification by time of appointment
