• Assess leisure interests and functional skills; write goaldriven care plans.
• Lead groups in mindfulness, art/music, movement, and community reintegration skills.
• Track attendance and outcomes; collaborate with nursing and therapy to reinforce coping plans.
• Maintain safe spaces and equipment; adapt activities to diverse abilities.
• Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving.
• Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams.

• Bachelors in Recreation Therapy or related field; NCTRC certification (CTRS).
• Experience in inpatient psych or substance use treatment preferred.
• Creative, energetic facilitator with patientfirst mindset.
