Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF)

Category Schools - SLP - CFY Job Type Contract This opportunity is for two full-time, on-site Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2026-2027 school year in Aurora, NE. Both positions require dedicated professionals with SLP certifications and a commitment to in-person service deliveryvirtual work is not an option. SLPA candidates will not be considered. The first position focuses on providing speech-language support at the elementary level. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders to help students achieve their academic and social potential. The second position centers on early childhood intervention for children up to 5 years old. This role requires working closely with young learners and their families to foster effective communication skills during these critical developmental years. Desired qualifications and experience include: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience working within school settings, preferably with elementary-aged and early childhood populations Ability to implement evidence-based therapy strategies Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with educators, families, and other professionals Commitment to providing hands-on, on-site services Responsibilities include: Conducting assessments and eligibility evaluations for speech and language services Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Documenting progress and reporting to educational teams Collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student success This full-time contract opportunity offers a chance to make a meaningful impact in a school environment while working with a diverse range of students.
