Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Kentucky state PT license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; experience treating general ortho, vestibular/BPPV, and performing dry needling is preferred.
  • Must not be a new graduate. First-time travel clinicians will not be accepted.
  • Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week and 1214 patients per day with potential double-booking of follow-up visits.
  • Ability and willingness to float to other clinics within the regional network as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with vestibular rehabilitation and BPPV management.
  • Prior experience in outpatient clinic settings.
  • Previous productivity in line with 60 visits per week or similar clinic expectations.

Assignment Details

  • Location: Lexington, KY (outpatient clinic).
  • Schedule expectation: 36 guaranteed hours with expectation to work up to 40 hours per week.
  • Float requirement: may float to other clinics in the region.
  • Patient population includes general orthopedics across ages, vestibular/BPPV, and applications of dry needling and external pelvic health as applicable.
