- 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Weekend and holiday rotation required by department

Job Summary:
Provides skilled treatments to patients as prescribed by the physician and directed by a licensed occupational therapist as specified in their health care service setting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implements treatment plan as developed by the licensed occupational therapist
- Collaborates with the licensed occupational therapist on an agreed-upon frequency to assess and reassess the patients plan of care, treatment goals, and interventions
- Documents patient progress in daily notes and weekly notes (as applicable), as well as contributes recommendations to patients discharge note from occupational therapy
- Reports on interventions and patient progress during assigned meetings and contributes to the screening and evaluation process
- Assists with guidance for clinical fieldwork students under the supervision of the licensed occupational therapist
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degrees: Associate degree, OT Assistant
- Experience: None Required
- Supervisor Experience: None Required
- Licenses & Certifications: COTA
