CRT:
The Respiratory Therapist (CRT), under general supervision from the Respiratory Clinical Manager, is responsible for all general respiratory care duties as a Respiratory Care Practitioner, which includes the administration of aerosol therapy, arterial blood analysis, ECGs, pulmonary function screening, oxygen administration, and incentive spirometry. Intensive care experience must include, but is not limited to, arterial line management, ventilator maintenance and troubleshooting, intubation and extubation of patients and blood gas lab operations. The Respiratory Therapist (CRT) is responsible for completing all duties as assigned.

The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), under general supervision from the Respiratory Clinical Manager, is responsible for all general respiratory care duties as indicated as a Respiratory Care Practitioner, which includes the administration of aerosol therapy, arterial blood analysis, ECGs, pulmonary function screening, oxygen administration, and incentive spirometry. Intensive care experience must include but not limited to arterial line management, ventilator maintenance and troubleshooting, intubation and extubation of patients and blood gas lab operations. The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is responsible for completing all duties as assigned.

Education:
Associates Degree or Certificate in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited school of Respiratory Therapy required.
Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years Respiratory Therapy experience, including experience in a critical care capacity, is required.
Required Licensure/Certification(s):
Current New Mexico License to practice Respiratory Care required.
Current Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) Certification required. Those who had credentialed as a CRT and meet the requirements for a NM RT License are eligible for hire.
Completion of ACLS within three (3) months of hire. PALS and NRP within six (6) months of hire required.
Current verification in Basic Life Support is required. If BLS verification is not current upon hire, must be obtained within three (3) months of hire.

The Billing Specialist, a key position in the Revenue Cycle, manages the claims process, including accurate and timely claim creation, follow-up and correspondence with providers, insurance inquires/correspondence. The incumbent will assist in the clarification and development of process improvements and inquires, assure payments related to patient services from all sources are timely recorded and reconciled in order to maximize revenues. Other important duties include credentialing, enrollment processing and reporting. The Billing Specialist is responsible for completing all duties as assigned. Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Associate Degree in medical record technology, anatomy, and/or physiology preferred. Experience: Minimum of three (3) years medical billing experience including knowledge of billing related reporting is required. This includes working with the medical payers including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance. Working knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding. Required Licensure/Certification(s): Billing certificate preferred.

Job Summary: Position Summary: Under the general direction of the Security Supervisor, the Security Officer ensures the RMCHCS properties are safe and secure for all patients, physicians, employees, volunteers and visitors. In addition, the Security Officer protects and safeguards the RMCHCS facilities against unauthorized entry, trespassing, pilferage, theft, intentional or accidental destruction or damage, or any other dishonest or illegal act.
