The Physical Therapy Technician is a non-professional, non-licensed worker who has completed an on the job training program. The primary function of the Physical Therapy Technician is to assist in carrying out patient related activities which are pre-determined for each patient and assigned by licensed Physical Therapists. The Physical Therapy Technician also carries out tests related to the routine operation of the service as assigned.

Must be customer service oriented High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
On the job training in the use of physical therapy equipment, methods, and procedures.
