Job Description

Lincoln Public Schools (LPS) is looking for a positive, current district occupational therapist willing to serve as a Team Facilitator for the upcoming school year. The Team Facilitator is responsible for providing leadership to occupational therapy professionals and serving as a liaison between those professionals and the District Office of Special Education. It is essential that this individual carries out the School Board goals and the Special Education Department's mission to serve the students within Lincoln Public Schools.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Planning and leading professional development.

Providing coaching to occupational therapists.

Providing assessment support to the team.

Meeting monthly with the supervisor.

Assisting with recruiting, hiring, and retaining occupational therapists.

Through the Team Facilitator stipend, you will be compensated for five additional working days.

This position is subject to a veterans preference.
