As a Registered Respiratory Therapist in this travel role, youll engage with a diverse patient population, including neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric individuals. Working closely with a collaborative care team, youll provide comprehensive respiratory care, plan and adapt treatment protocols, and gain exposure to a variety of unique workplace practices. Schedule/Hours:

• 72 hours bi-weekly
• 7:00am 7:00pm
• Every other weekend

Qualifications:

• Active IL Respiratory Care Practitioner license
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
• Successful completion of both the written registry exam and clinical simulation exam
• Open to both new graduates and those with at least 1+ years of experience
• Proficient in observation, assessment, and collaborative communication with the care team

Responsibilities:

• Deliver basic and advanced respiratory care across all age groups
• Plan, implement, assess, and adjust individualized care plans
• Exercise independent judgment within clinical scope
• Accurately document and report patient progress and observations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
