Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure as an Audiologist (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Masters or Doctorate degree in Audiology from an accredited program
  • Prior experience providing audiology services in a school or pediatric setting preferred
  • Proficiency in conducting a full range of audiological assessments for children
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive hearing screenings and diagnostic examinations for students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and recommendations related to hearing needs
  • Fit, monitor, and troubleshoot assistive listening devices and hearing aids
  • Provide consultation and in-service training to teachers, staff, and parents
  • Maintain clear, timely records and reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Support students access to the general education curriculum through tailored interventions
  • Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to support student success
