Audiologist in Pleasant Hill, OR

Ideal candidates are passionate about making a difference in childrens lives and possess strong clinical and communication skills. Youll conduct hearing assessments, recommend interventions, and provide ongoing support for students with auditory needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Audiology
• Valid state licensure or certification as an Audiologist
• Knowledge of school-based hearing screening protocols
• Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and interpersonal abilities
• Previous experience in educational settings preferred, but not required
• Team-oriented mindset, comfortable collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school professionals

Role & Responsibilities:

• Perform hearing evaluations and manage audiological caseloads for students
• Develop and implement appropriate intervention plans for each students needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP development
• Educate staff and families on hearing health and assistive technology
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
• Offer recommendations for classroom modifications and assistive listening devices
• Serve as a resource for school personnel on audiological issues
