Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure as an Audiologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Proficiency in administering and interpreting hearing assessments and screenings
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with relevant regulations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations for students, including hearing screenings and assessments
• Interpret test results and make recommendations for classroom accommodations or interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with hearing loss
• Provide training and support to school staff and families regarding auditory equipment and best practices
• Monitor equipment, troubleshoot devices, and ensure students assistive technology is functioning properly
• Maintain detailed records and provide ongoing support for students auditory needs throughout the school year
