Key Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted School-based experience preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are encouraged to apply Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage a diverse caseload and develop individualized plans Primary Responsibilities: Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy to K-12 students Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to support educational and social development Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in small groups Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment What You Can Expect: Consistent schedule of 25-30 hours per week Academic year contract: July 30th, 2026 to May 22nd, 2027 Supportive peer network and dedicated onboarding Meaningful, student-centered work in a collaborative setting Professional development and mentorship for early-career clinicians Make a lasting impact as a school-based SLP, supporting students' growth and communication skills.
