This contract position offers opportunities at multiple school sites, welcoming both full-time professionals (up to 37.5 hours/week) and potentially part-time candidates. What you'll bring: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Florida Department of Health (DOH) SLP license and/or valid Florida teacher certification Ability to complete required fingerprinting/credentialing, including potential documentation through the AHCA Clearinghouse Dedication to working on-site, delivering in-person therapy (telepractice not available for this role) Enthusiasm for serving diverse student populations; experience in educational settings is highly valued Key responsibilities: Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students; caseloads are assigned by school and can be tailored based on site needs Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Monitor student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate treatment outcomes with teachers, staff, and families Travel between assigned schools as needed (locations to be confirmed based on district assignment) Support a positive learning environment and foster student engagement Enjoy an environment where your skills are valued and your expertise makes a daily difference in students' lives.
