Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Experience working with preschool through high school-aged children is a plus
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and report-writing skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with a range of speech and language disorders
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students communication goals
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of services, goals, and progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Offer training, resources, and techniques to school staff and caregivers
