Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience working with preschool through high school-aged children is a plus
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and report-writing skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Ability to adapt interventions to meet individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with a range of speech and language disorders
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students communication goals
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of services, goals, and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Offer training, resources, and techniques to school staff and caregivers
