Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current eligibility for Tennessee state licensure or in-process
- Ability to secure ASHA certification upon completion of CFY
- Strong desire to work with school-aged children (PreK-12)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Previous school or pediatric experience (internships count as a plus!)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students referred for services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student progress
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions in both individual and group settings
- Contribute to IEP meetings, providing input on student needs and goal development
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in supervision and mentorship required for the successful completion of your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
