Clinical Fellow SLP in Harrison, TN

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current eligibility for Tennessee state licensure or in-process
• Ability to secure ASHA certification upon completion of CFY
• Strong desire to work with school-aged children (PreK-12)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Previous school or pediatric experience (internships count as a plus!)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students referred for services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student progress
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions in both individual and group settings
• Contribute to IEP meetings, providing input on student needs and goal development
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in supervision and mentorship required for the successful completion of your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
