What You'll Do:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including OT, PT, and nursing staff
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
What We're Looking For:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active (or eligible) Michigan SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or in progress
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
