Prior experience (or strong interest) in school-based and pediatric settings. Expertise supporting diverse caseloads, including articulation, language, social communication, and AAC needs. Comfortable traveling between various school campuses to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Strong communication and organizational skills, with adaptability to balance shifting schedules. Current state licensure or eligibility required. Position Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy for K-12 students. Consult with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student achievement. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting in line with district practices. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals. Deliver services in a variety of settings, including general education and specialized classrooms. Stay current with evidence-based practices and district protocols. Experience a dynamic workweek, traveling between schools and working closely with students from diverse backgrounds.
