Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Local & travel allowed. Candidates living Additional Details:

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job youre applying to.

Preferred Skills/Experience:Previous work experience as an Occupational Therapist

Required Credentials:Masters, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy

Unit/Facility Details:Primarily Ortho OP, will do Neuro from time to time but Ortho is largest need/experience

Shift & Scheduling:M-F

7 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

1 reference required from within the last 3 years

Drivers license required for submission

Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support)
