Desired Qualifications: Current licensure as an Audiologist Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification required Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required Strong assessment, diagnostic, and reporting abilities Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Commitment to supporting diverse student populations Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive hearing screenings and audiological assessments for students Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in developing effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Recommend, fit, and monitor hearing aids, assistive devices, and FM/DM systems as needed Provide ongoing consultation and training for staff, families, and students to maximize hearing access in educational settings Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations Participate in meetings, professional development, and parent conferences as necessary This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute your expertise in a supportive school environment, fostering improved communication and achievement for all learners.
