Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case)Job DescriptionOverviewA new acute care hospital opening in 2026 in Gainesville, FL is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join its rehabilitation team.This is an opportunity to be part of a new facility launch, working across acute care and a dedicated inpatient rehab unit to help patients regain independence, function, and quality of life.New graduates are encouraged to apply.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patient functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plansDeliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventionsMonitor progress and adjust care plans as neededDocument patient outcomes accurately and efficientlyEducate patients and families on adaptive techniques and recovery strategiesCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teamsSupport safe patient transitions across care settingsMentor therapy assistants or students as neededQualificationsRequired:Licensed Occupational Therapist (or eligible) in FloridaBLS within 30 days of hirePreferred:1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience (acute care or inpatient rehab)Note:
