Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Ohio Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- At least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years (client requirement).
- Experience with HCHB and OASIS documentation systems (client requirement).
- Ability to meet productivity expectations of 30 points per week and work a guaranteed 40 hours per week (client requirement).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with complex patient caseloads in home health settings.
- Previous travel clinician experience preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.
- Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts.
