Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Home health experience preferred.
- Productivity expectation: 30 visits per week.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with documentation in electronic medical records for home health.
- Previous travel or per diem home health experience preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift schedule: 5 days per week.
- Role is in a home health setting; candidate may be expected to travel locally between patient homes.
