Qualifications and Experience Desired: Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP Experience working with school-aged children, preferably across K-12 settings Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborative team work Ability to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and therapy goals Role Responsibilities: Assess and identify speech, language, voice, and communication disorders in students Design and implement individualized treatment plans for students on your caseload Document progress and maintain timely, accurate records in accordance with district and regulatory standards Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom environments Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions as appropriate for students' needs Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development and reviews This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy a full school-year contract, working with a diverse student population in a supportive educational setting.
