Job Purpose:

• The MA Therapist Supervisor - Licensed at LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER is responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of therapists to ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health services. This role involves both clinical supervision and administrative duties to support the center's mission of providing effective behavioral health care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical supervision to a team of therapists, ensuring adherence to best practices and professional standards.
• Oversee the development and implementation of treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to therapy staff.
• Facilitate team meetings and case conferences to promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, ethical guidelines, and organizational policies.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new therapy staff.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Address and resolve any client or staff concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with industry trends and practices.
