Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Everett, WA. Provide home health care to patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or disabilities and help them regain daily skills while working within a regional caseload. This role requires strong documentation practices and the ability to manage field visits across an assigned geographic radius.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Washington state OT license required to start the assignment.
  • One year of home health (HH) experience required.
  • Proficiency with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) documentation system required.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Ability to travel and provide care within a 50+ mile radius of the Everett office.
  • Must meet productivity expectations: minimum 30 points per week and documentation completed by 10:00 AM the following day.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with productivity-based metrics in home health settings.
  • Experience managing a regional caseload and efficient travel planning.

Assignment Details

  • Shift frequency: Monday through Friday.
  • Shift length: 8 hours per shift.
  • Documentation requirement: complete documentation by 10:00 AM the following day.
  • Productivity expectation: minimum 30 points per week.
  • Must be available to travel within a 50+ mile radius of the Everett office.
  • HCHB documentation system is required.
