We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support a K12 student population in a school-based setting. This role offers a balanced caseload and the opportunity to provide meaningful services that support students functional and academic success. Both experienced therapists and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Caseload & Setting
- K12 mixed caseload across assigned school(s)
- Average caseload of 6080 students
- In-person services
- Full-time preferred; part-time candidates may be considered
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
- Serve as a case manager as needed
- Attend IEP and team meetings
- Complete all required documentation and compliance tasks
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student outcomes
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Oregon OT license required
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- School-based experience preferred, but not required
- New graduates welcome to apply
